The word Tava holds significant meaning in the Ute language, often translated as "mountain". For the Ute tribe, who historically inhabited the regions of Colorado, including areas around Broomfield, the land was not just a resource but a sacred entity deserving of respect and care. The Ute people lived in harmony with nature, relying on their deep understanding of the land, flora, and fauna to sustain their communities. They practiced sustainable hunting and gathering, moved with the seasons, and revered the earth as a source of life.

By choosing the name "Tava Towers," we pay homage to the Ute tribe’s values of stewardship and reverence for the environment. Our thoughtfully designed living spaces will feature 1-3 bedroom apartments, ranging from 800 to 2,500 square feet, with rent prices equivalent to those in surrounding communities.

Spanning approximately 700,000 square feet, our complex will blend luxury and sustainability while providing a vibrant community hub.

The first project, located in Broomfield, Colorado, is set to begin in 2025, with plans for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the same year. In upcoming years, national and international expansion of our high-comfort sustainable living solutions will occur.

Home Constructors will seek LEED certifications for the build of Tava Towers as well as incorporate LEED certified brands as much as possible.
